Honestly, I do not belong to or identify with any religion (at least the best known in our country), however I believe that there is some "higher" energy in some plane of the universe.   Hi there! In this blog I will give my point of view about the topic of the Healthcare system in Chile and how -in my opinion- this is promoted by the government. We all know that in our country we have a public system and also a private one, but there is a big difference between them. In my opinion, the private healthcare system is pretty good BUT is expensive because you have to pay for a health plan also known as Isapre (and pay even more if you don’t have Isapre), and not everyone can get into it. On the other side, the public healthcare system which is administered by the ministry of health, is quite problematic because it often has a high demand of attention for patients, and also a lot of negligence because it is saturated and that system has flaws. I will begin by giving a brief description of the concept of civic duty and citizens' rights. Civic duties are all the actions that a citizen who is part of a society must fulfill, and they are fundamental for the proper development of a country, and rights are guarantees that the constitutions of all countries assure their inhabitants by the fact of living in society. So, the voting is considered primarily as a right of each person, but also as a civic duty.
